Wackenhut class B (WAK.B) is a much better way to play WHC than doing it directly. WAKB is about $21 per share. With each share of WAK or WAKB you get approx .82 share of WHC - so the value of the WHC that you get for a $21 share of WAKB is about $25. In other words, you get the rest of WAK.B for less than nothing. Why anybody would own WHC under these circumstances is a mystery to me.
