This broke my fragile faith that I had left in this company.

They cannot get out of their own way as their monopoly fractures. What a colossal f-up, CFO at least should be shown the door.

My only hope is that some PE firm swoops in & cleans house and starts over. We owners deserve better, just give us a special dividend of the $1B so we can all move on from the absolute incompetence of current UDC management.

Good on the company for finding this. Not good for the auditor they have been using for years and years. How may "prior periods" are impacted How long until the lawsuits?
