Perhaps I am grasping at straws trying to find something positive with the recent report. Could the Merck patent acquisition provide the ability to apply a tweak to the Blue Phos recipe that could not otherwise be applied without patent infringement? Something is missing from Blue Phos or we would see more than 1.2 Million in development sales per quarter. Maybe the application of a previously held Merck patent can get us over the hill? David
