CJ, I have a coworker who still types with the old-style PC-AT keyboard. It's mechanical and LOUD, but it also feels kind of nice on the fingertips.

I am reminded of that keyboard now that Thronefish is harkening back to the days of the IBM PC.

On a side note, I'm amazed that the Intel 8086 CPU won out over everyone else, especially the 6502 and later the Motorola 68000. I know I'm not supposed to badmouth the x86 architecture given that I'm still an Intel guy at heart, but I can't believe just how messy the x86 instruction set was. The 6502 and the 68000 were better in every single way.
