LE, ha ha double ha ha. I will bet you dollar's to donuts that the figure given by Ira is correct. Or is it that the particular margin that is comes out to doesn't fit? Well it does for an Employee Leasing company, and as I had said in my previous response regarding this issue, I am quite confident that the acquisition would not have gone through without a proper audit of the Myriad books. Would you like me to cite the references from the LOI?

Or how about the unlikelihood that the negotiations for the transactions and the OK from the IRS to proceed would have happened without everything being on the up and up.

Also, you mentioned before the discrepancy between long term contracts and the sales figures quoted. Well guess what? Not every long term contract is actually spelled out on paper. I have worked for a company that, although a contract was never signed, used one main supplier for all of our IC inventory. Does that mean that the supplier could say we were a long term contract even though we were at least 40% of their business? No.

Jin. I have a monetary incentive, I'm a shareholder.
