Re Apple extension. Agree on the probability of Apple wanting an extension. Apples dealings with us have been the exact same strategy Nokia used. It would mean a big pop for us, then years more of being under their bad faith, predatory control. Can Qcom refuse it or simply discontinue their unique modem leaving Apple in chaos, or set a big price of cost plus the sweat equity of the chaos they bring us? I would rather take the hit, which has been pretty much priced in for a couple of years now, and be free of them "modemwise" forever. Of course still fight them royaltywise.
