<<The "guidance" I perceived fromt the CC was that OEM's are not a significant part of MRVC's planned future.>>

Yes, but I think part of the street's "problem" with MRVC is they perceive this drop in OEM sales as a loss of business. IMO, MRVC is merely moving it's sales model towards direct customer sales, which carry higher margins and are probably steadier - less susceptable to the problems of their OEMs.

MRVC has over $40M in receivables. This is a negative? I think it means they started selling A LOT in Q3 and are just getting paid now.

If this is the normal pattern of business, where is the problem? Do they have a lot of bad debt? No.

A company with no single 10% customer is healthier long term than one with several. Did MRVC miss their quarter because of NN and DEC? No.
Are they going to miss Q1 because of it? No.

The ANALysts don't know Jack sh*t about actually RUNNING a company, they just have knee-jerk reactions to numbers on paper. IMO, they ought to have confidence that MRVC can continue to produce the marvelous quarterly numbers and grow their company. Isn't 32 quarters in a row enough to provide that confidence?

The problem is not MRVC management, it's the street not doing their due diligence on MRVC, before doing the Chicken Little act.
