Woman Who Murdered White Man and Played Racial Victim Elected in US
The details of what this woman did are truly beyond words. And she's just been elected to Bangor, Maine's city council.
In 2002, Angela Walker and her brother savagely killed a White tourist from Canada, Derek Rogers, beating him nearly to death, then forcing sand down his throat and nose until he suffocated to death. Rogers suffered a broken skull, broken ribs, and massive internal bleeding before being suffocated with the sand of Old Orchard Beach.
Then-29-year-old Angela Walker (then Angela Humphrey) and her then-30-year-old brother Benjamin (a multiple-times felon) admitted to brutally killing the 47-year-old Canadian military sergeant. Angela, who is a Penobscot Indian, claimed that what triggered the deadly double-beatdown and suffocation was Derek Rogers calling her a “squaw” - a claim never corroborated by a single witness. Her own brother denied it, and admitted that Rogers had merely bumped into him before they viciously beat and suffocated him to death. She invented the claim to play racial victim to a White man that she wantonly killed.
Angela's brother, Benjamin, knocked Derek to the ground and kicked his head in. He then stomped Derek's chest in. Angela punched and kicked Derek while he was barely conscious on the ground. Benjamin then held Derek down as Angela stuffed sand into his airways, suffocating and killing him.
For all this, Angela and her brother ended up charged only with manslaughter. That's right; zero murder charges between the two people who did everything you've just read.
Benjamin served 5 years. Angela served 8 years and 9 months.
Angela Walker already had a violent criminal history and parole violations before murdering Derek Rogers. She spent the first five years after her release as a homeless alcoholic. This year, she ran for Bangor City Council on a platform of more homeless shelters, more on-demand treatment for junkies, more workers to pick up dirty needles, and more hiring of convicted criminals.
And she won her seat.
This isn't a redemption story, it's a decline of Western Civilization story. This violent criminal murdered a White man, lied to make the White victim the bad guy and herself the victimized “minority,” escaped murder charges, received a comparative slap on the wrist, plagued the streets with her drunken presence for years on end, and now holds public office in the United States.
