OKAY THEN CHANGE IT@!!!!!! trump and republicans have been promising a new improved fixed plan for 10 years and have done ZERO. You loose all credibility when you make such claims but refuse to hold republicans responsible for their lies! Republicans have complete control - give us a better one.
