Paul, I was really looking for some answers to my questions. Can AMD get a K6-K7 to run on a socket 7 PC100 ? If INTC came out with a P II 233 Slot 2 on PC 100, How much faster would it be than a current P II 233 ? Last what is the catlyst for more power on the Desktop ? Just the desk top, Not servers, not workstations, Not Mini's etc. BTW aren't most PC's sold Desk tops ? Jim
