I have said often that I've been battling the shorts for a over a couple of decades. Some of you may remember when there was a short squeeze that began in 1999 when the stock went from 8s to 30s. The hedge fund shorting the stock had to leave SI because of the debacle and he left the hedge fund involved. That same manager has a new fund but with all the old players, including Manuel Asensio who was mentioned in a 2023 law suit against said manager.

During that shorts debacle, in 2000, Manuel Asensio tried to shake down Joe to get shares to cover the immense number of shares and when he didn't he went after the company in the press.

Here's a post of one of the hitmen "kjpod" about REFR being a fraud. The "enterprising fellow" in the post was kjpod himself. Kjpod is Kevin Podsiadlik and the attack on Inspectech was in the 2001 Asensio press release (on Sept 11, 2001 no less - because the towers falling was bigger news he issued the same release a week later). And ironically I was banned because my post to him. [Bold is mine, the misspelling is kjpod]

Well, InpsecTech's 5000 window per sales month goal was never reached. In fact we don't to this day know if they even sold a single one. Part of the reason for this was uncovered some time later, when an enterprising fellow visited InspecTech's corporate headquarters and found it was an office on the upstairs floor of an airplace hangar, and that InspecTech's CEO moonlighted as an aircraft maintenance man for a local jet rental company.

The simple truth is that there was no "there" there with InspecTech, they did not and never had the wherewithal to produce 50 shades a month much less 5000, which means Harary's profitability projection was based on a complete and utter lie, which if they somehow didn't know it at the time, they surely know now, and yet Inspectech and Jimmy Lang are still members in good standing in the REFR licensee chain. To me, that's all the evidence of complicity I need.

From 2000 to 2025 Kevin Podsiadlik has been posting on the Yahoo REFR community board bashing REFR and Dixon. And most recently he posted this after the big runup. It is as idiotic as his post about Inspectech not having a showroom. But what else can you expect from an idiot.

The AIT & RFI press release is so cute.

Has anyone looked at AIT, the company? I mean looked at their facilities?

Try Google Earth.

Here are the addresses:

AIT

2310 Starkey Rd

Largo FL.

(Some old, rusted metal buildings with trash all about and 30 cars parked about)

LTI

14 Fredrico Dr.

Pittsfield MA

And the fund manager made this post, threatening to dox me (sound familiar LOR? Wasn't said manager banned for threatening you) This was in 2004 21 years ago.
