the insiders are current or former Officers (the guys who know best what is going on). Any insights on this significant selling? 1) The quantity sold is not significant. 2) The fact that shares are being sold is not significant. I know this is hard for some folks to believe, but when you've got a bunch of shares with more vesting every month it makes sense to sell some, even when the price is going up. The first reason is because every financial planner, book, guru, whatever will tell you that you are crazy if you don't (the all the eggs in one basket argument). The second reason is because you see the people around you buying fancy cars, airplanes, bigger houses, whatever and you want to buy some, too! Also, those that have to file 144s only have certain windows when they can sell (I'm pretty sure that is true, but could be wrong). // marc
