Yiwu-

I don't agree with your statement. Today's gap doesn't need to be filled at all; the tremendous volume makes that quite clear. It is possible that THQI may, at some point, fall back to test support at $26. But I would consider it a bad sign if the stock fell below $26. Although THQI has filled nearly every gap as far as I can recall, no gap has ever been accompanied by this much volume (1/3 of the float!).

I suspect that the near-term (next week or so) will be very good. Some charting projections I've just completed suggest a price between $34 and $44 in 2-5 months, and a price between $49 and $71 in 9-12 months. Coincidentally, the midpoint of $49 and $71 is $60, which is also the price target I established from fundamental analysis.

Remember that tomorrow's IBD will list THQI with a relative strength and earnings rank of 99 (or very close to 99), as well as listing it in boldface for the 1000%+ increase in volume, as well as a stock reaching a new 52-wk. high. It might also get a chart on the Nasdaq page. THQI will hit the top of the list for most IBD stock watchers tomorrow. Based on technical analysis, the stock is extremely attractive right now.

THQI has a LONG way to go on its new uptrend. To project a long-term support trendline for THQI, you need to increase the slope of the line to reflect the beginning of a higher trading level and its accompanying support levels. This is what I have meant by a "higher degree of uptrend."
