Great now the snap folks can afford a Lexus to wait in the food line with style .. of course the interest rate will be at least 18 percent. Hard to believe our elected saw fit to do away with 10 % usury laws. Sorry but I'm certain that he's on drugs .. as is everyone else in Washington.
