One reason b/c Trump may understand illegals adding 30-50 million more Americans (was min 22 million prior 2017), increases home price. Another cause is/was Woke and Climate Agenda's. Reducing illegals (and govt swamp) may help prices and reduce back to 30yr mortgage

Though chances are US govt Defaults, (which may increase Home price, with money going into hard assets/private sector) MAIN causes are Endless Wars, Climate Scam, Covid Experiment. Dbl that for cause Europe heading into depression, which effects US.

Toss in cost of education and we have the children living with parents.
So who knows, for some the American Dream will be 50yr mortgage. Oh yeah, remember it's 50/50 we're heading into 30yr Cooling Period and USA Canada Europe break apart. US currently in 3yr recession, Europe entering depression... go ICE/US patriot recruiting...
