Good question. So far new female Ceo has continued Tim Andersons efficient packaging and processes which seem to be packaging. I really need to visit AMNF. I liked the idea of individual servings in the frozen food section. During the pandemic their traditional customers (Italian restaurants) where shut down. Individual servings are an excellent way to introduce your product to a retail buyer. Not many families want to buy a $100.00 bucket of pesto sauce? I can imagine that the margin on an individual serving would be much higher than a wholesale bucket offered to an Italian restaurant. As they expand their footprint accross the US, the individual serving could become a better margin producer. Looking at the website the female CEO has hired two other female marketing employees. I'm guessing they worked together at Beyond Meat. Just a guess and I hope they are being frugal with AMNF cost structure. Im between nice revenue and margins continue. Bob
