Maybe an upside for QC? Qualcomm has the 'QGOV' portion of the company where they do government related work. No one except for them knows what they do. None the less we sell drone chips, have connectivity, gps, etc. If they're serious about ramping drone production -- and want to keep the brains American made - it could land on QC.
