Beasley Broadcast Group, a major owner of radio stations sees a sharp revenue drop thedesk.net I often listen to our regional NPR station in the car. Occasionally I switch over to a local AM station a typical right-wing broadcaster and am struck by the flood of loud, obnoxious commercials, aimed at elderly or stupid people. Other than that, I hardly ever listen to radio anymore. I suspect podcasting will continue to cut into radio listeners.
