I could not agree more Cinema Show!

We have a few very positive indicators of Zentek's future success, such as:

  • Our new Chairman of the BOD John purchasing 50k shares in the latest Private Placement
  • Our outgoing Chairman of the BOD Eric Wallman purchasing 25k shares in the latest PP.
  • Company is in a healthy cash position thanks to the PP.

Near term catalysts for our stock.

  • Hiring of a new dynamic CEO to commercialize our significant stable of IP's
  • Critical minerals funding for Albany from Federal and Provincial governments
  • Completion of Graphite Brick test. If successful, Zentek can declare Albany deposit as a green source of 5N's Nuclear quality graphite! This is huge once accomplished!
  • A positive decision from Health Canada's PMRA concerning NOI2025-01. If PMRA removes Class I Medical Devices treated with an Anti-microbial from it mandate then ZenGuard coated HVAC filters and Masks and future PPE are all golden.
  • By mid November we will get the Financials for the April 1 to June 30 2025 quarter. The key driver is our sales revenue from Domestic and International sources.
If these near term catalysts can push the share price over $2 and sustain that price, we could see the acceleration clauses get triggered, which would bring in significant cash to the company coffers.
