The millennium really screwed this up.

All in all, the Y2K thing turned out to be pretty benign compared to all the apocalypse scenarios in the media. But it was rather funny to see all the code that had lasted far beyond what its creators ever envisioned. Sometimes I wonder how long my brain transfers will last inside some of those machines....
