Q for the thread.

I'm thinking about a significant add to O, Realty Income Corporation. A 5 yr chart shows them trading in the 60s and 70s in 2020-2022 time frame with very low interest rates. If current rates drop one might surmise the stock price rising. There dividend has been steady with incremental increases during that time.

My questions concern 'buyback yield' and 'shareholder yield' which stockanalysis.com lists at -8.62% and -2.96% respectively. Not sure what either of those refer to. tia
