Oh, I'm not disagreeing with you. NBA specifically has been talking about expansion for a bit and I think it will eventually come. Talk of bringing a team back into Seattle. You have NFL playing more and more games in Europe so I think they will hit an expansion at some point too - maybe not in Europe but I see more teams coming. Private equity money coming into NFL and that alone will draw new team demand. I do think there is not enough demand that will dilute the value that much, but I don't disagree overall. I shared the quote to highlight your greater fool point. -Sean
