I am thinking of ETL as partly like an oil and gas company, partly as a miner. The extraction of the brine from the ground is in most respects the same as drilling for oil and/or gas, and some of the supporting infrastructure is virtually identical to that used by oil and gas producers, so it is good they have some veteran oil and gas folks on board. But once the brine gets to the plant, it's more like running a miner where you have to get the metallurgy and processing correct.

I might pick up some more ETL warrants, particularly as the price is dropping right now.
