I don't really understand CLOs. Back in 2007 CDOs were a nasty word. I have seen the yield on JAAA decrease steadily over the past few months and that was just a little warning sign for me. It's probably nothing, but I'm trying to put it into some things I understand a bit more. I like CA muni bonds so moving into those CEF funds with higher yields appealed to me. Plus some of it may be shielded from State and Fed tax.

I'm looking at putting some of the JAAA proceeds into UTF, more yield and UTF is discounted a bit right now.
