Thanks for the information EKS....Good to see you and Bob Furman posting here....

I bought 75 shares on the 7th and 75 more today.....Going slow, I usually jump the gun, so trying to be patient this time around!

IMO there are still more negatives related to O&G demand (around the world) than there are positives. Maybe with governments around the world starting the process of inflating away a portion of their debts via flooding the economy/markets with more credit/money creation all our worries will be gone.....Business will pick up and O&G demand will ramp up too! We don't have to get rid of our debts....We only have to service them!

I wonder if any of the other O&G outfits have / are duplicating the NOG & VTS business model / non operator approach? I used to own shares of DEC, I wish they would have taken this path.

I need to get busy reading through the Vitesse stuff....I have been tracking both NOG & VTS for a few years, love the dividends. DVN & MTDR have made it onto my radar too, but probably to early to buy them yet.

There is a good bit to like about Devon, the variable dividend policy + they have been very busy in the last six months (go to page 9). They are also still actively buying back shares under their 5 billion share repurchase program, I think in runs through mid-2026.

MTDR just raised their divy about a month ago.... FCF looking OK....

I bought 3000 shares of CRT not to long ago, at 7.12, hopefully close to the bottom. DMLP is next on my list, I'm hoping to make my first buy near or below 20.00, I've done reasonably good with the royalty/trust guys the last few cycles, going to give it another shot this time around.

My best energy divy guys over the last few years have been SRV & TYG, added more today, TYG just raised the divy today.

Added 400 more to BCI today. Could you, (or anyone else) recommend any good commodity funds that pay at least a 4.00% divy on a Q basis, other than BCX, I have had no luck finding one. Started a position in PEO a few days ago, but it holds mostly energy related outfits.

Any take on what has been holding the stock prices of Chemical / Specialty chemical companies down? Is it end user demand? I have been thinking about picking up one or two of the beat down companies, any suggestions?

Anyways....Sorry it took me so long to respond, I was down in Clearwater working on my in-laws house. Took my wifes son down to provide some extra muscle....Changed out a 40gal water heater, installed hard start kit in HVAC, cleaned condenser, evap and air handler, inspected ducting (all clean, thank God!), we also resealed two windows and replaced a flex-plate on a 68 Camaro.....

It's good to be back home in my little fishing village of Destin FLA!!!
