OT: In representing an equity security by another entity what's one's purpose? Unless one wanted to hide something this departure from the norms of investing seems rather pointless (and disingenuous). Isn't transparency a key ingredient of any fair financial system? ps I'm a trustworthy sole who appreciates honesty and simplicity.
