Deal is this says Intel, specifically ABF, EMIB, FCBGA (Intel only?).

careers.qualcomm.com

Got this by search of "Qualcomm" at your link.

Hard to say if it's only Intel, Apple, AMD and Nvidia (all TSMC) also mentioned when asking Gemini. Global Foundries and TSMC also are noted to use those processes.

It is not exclusively Intel, but Intel is one of the primary companies, along with AMD, Nvidia, and Apple, that heavily relies on FCBGA packaging using ABF material for their high-performance processors.
