Canada is incapable of reacting smartly, the government is broke and investment capital for big projects has dried up. TRUMP successfully squashed Canada's puny LNG projects with his announcement. Keystone? There never really was any reason for Keystone, Pembina and Enbridge have renovated their lines going south and increased line capacity from Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba need to unite and form a central powerhouse, most of the oil and gas and all the high grade uranium is located in these three provinces. I would hate to see west central Canada separate from Canada but an increase in autonomy from the east is required.
