To me, the most impressive finding in this Subu’s post is that 1 year later the performance of NDX was nearly double that of SPX.

Using Google, I checked the performance of QQQ vs. SPY over the last 10 and 20 years.

Over 20 years, QQQ averaged 15.25%. SPY did (according to Goggle AI) between 9.05 and 11.8%

Over the past 10 years, QQQ averaged 19.5 - 19.8%. SPY did 14.5 - 15.2%.

That is a very significant difference.
