Hello! Anyone out there? Twice this past week I have seen stories on our local news about a local doctor who is implanting lenses for cataract patients which restores their vision almost back to normal, is quick and pain-free. Apparently he is one of 40 doctors participating in a trial in the US. One of the patients remarked that the lens corrected his near and distant vision. Would it be safe to assume that the manufacturer of the lens was probably Staar, or do they have some competition? I owned a few shares about a year ago and then sold and forgot about them. This has re-aroused my interest. It sounds like things could really take off in the next year or two if one were to exercise a little patience. boogaloo
