Yes, PCG was all over the place during the BK. Didn't help that they had suspended the divi for a while (but they are cumulative). That is when I picked up my "base" holdings with costs that were very low. Grid was the one who convinced me to buy PCG. I hate the company, but I am OK to collect their divis.

Our governor does everything he can to make it impossible for PCG to fail, including giving them a veto on which judges hear their rate cases and whom he appoints to the Public Utility Commission.
