This new management change for NSA s/d see higher FFO. That transition started 6/2024 and management said it would take 1 year to see the FFO growth . . .
Latest Report showed a decrease in FFO due to industry slow down and benefits from "Internalization" have been pushed out w/ G&A savings of up to $9 million in next few quarters. Still waiting
