My comment in the previous post about Burry and his risk made me start scratching my head a bit. I looked up his 13F which is here:

13f.info

It shows $912M in PLTR short position and $186M short NVDA, so > $1B. But that is simply the price at the end of the qtr (Q3) of the underlying shares (5M of PLTR, 1M of NVDA). The 13F doesn't provide any means of knowing what the actual options being held are, and whether they had gains or losses and when they expire. But more to the point, they don't provide any insight at all into the actual risk value he has (I don't think) because they don't show the strike price.
