Now the more interesting question is, why did he close his fund? Some of the chatter makes it sound like this is trowing in the towel. By delisting with the SEC, he has to return investors funds. But the 13F lists a total of 8, and how many of those are himself and related entities?? It appears if he is a "family fund" that is fine being delisted.

He also closed his fund last time prior to the actually housing collapse. So closing the fund doesn't mean he is bailing on his thesis. It would seem to be the opposite.
