ALL I had a telephone conversation with Jack Arnold today. I asked him about the Reg. S filing. He said the SEC did not accept the original filing (returned it!) and requested that they submit it electronically. They finally received the software, set it up, and now have a CPA preparing the document for submission to the SEC. Overall, Jack Arnold sounded VERY positive. It's my understanding that the CVIA/WOTD deal will soon be finalized, the parties have an agreement (he said there's no negotiating at this point, only DD!). He also indicated they had been in talks with several other companies who are willing to be acquired by WOTD. -Milk
