“” Take the Handle off the Pump “” a good lesson from a few hundred years ago regarding ground water. Developed over 2 hundred years, keep the outhouse , septic system, garbage dump, away back from the well. Plenty of government regulation for that, because “ the stupid “ need regulating . Regarding Covid, who takes the handle off the pump when the elderly to begin with ,and many in between are dropping like flies world wide . Who ? Yikes Pandemic! ! We have experienced that before.
