Only in RuZZia can you lose money running a tank factory in the middle of a war ...

One of the comments on that YouTube video said it best:
The government has dictated prices to the manufacturers rather than buying at the market price. This forced them to sell at lower than the cost of production and to make up for this the banks were compelled to lend them money at very low interest rates so they could continue to produce. This system is now breaking down as nobody involved can keep it up forever; time is running out and the long predicted collapse is on its way. It may take as little as another couple of months or it may take as long as another year, but the collapse is now inevitable. Stopping the war would now would make things even worse as so much of the money flowing in their economy comes from wages for war production, so slowing that down will ripple right through as workers become unemployed and so have less to spend.
