Insider Buying The most recent issue of the OSC Bulletin indicates insider buying on the part of two insiders. Paul Damp bought 60,000 shares at $0.876 to hold 372,400 and Zarar Rana bought 5,000 at $0.80 - $0.90 to hold 455,000.
