good move, I think.

I have owned BFS-D for a long time. Picked up some more in the spring mini-panic. I may pick up some more if things continue. I wouldn't bet the farm (I own almost no REITS), but these guys seem solid.

I think I got the idea from one of the ladies on this board (thank you, and sorry I can't remember who).

I like their business. I crawled through it years ago. Mostly grocery store anchored shopping centers, IIRC. Being centered in the DC area means they are more insulated from the overall economy because there are so many federal employees.
