Looks like an epic failure of Gauzy management to let this happen, they must be aware of this situation ..pay on time then dispute, pay more on a short term to manage risk of bad suppliers, many ways to prevent a filing and should have been done, bad, cant have that happen knowing it can destroy the stock

Who needs a job if one can do it with the publicly traded companies. Why would a regulator in France go along with this shit?"
