There tons of lawsuits (1750 total).

But anyone can sue anybody.

Many will likely be crammed into class actions. And it will likely cost the company a couple billion dollars over time (maybe ten years). So, yes, there is that.

But what is the upside potential? Or do we just throw that out?

Tesla cars
Robotaxis
Battery Systems & Generation
Semi

These are all x-billion dollar lines of business.
