South Korean Antitrust Regulator Looking into Allegations Britain's Arm Holdings Harming Competition
04:36:13 AM ET, 11/19/2025 - MT Newswires
04:36 AM EST, 11/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- South Korea's antitrust regulator is enquiring about the UK-based Arm Holdings' (ARM) adherence to license practices in Seoul, a person familiar with the matter told Reuters on Wednesday.

This follows a news report from Bloomberg News that said South Korea's Fair Trade Commission visited the Seoul office of Arm after an allegation from Qualcomm (QCOM) that the British semiconductor designer is harming competition by restricting access to its technology.

The Fair Trade Commission declined to comment, Reuters reported.

Arm and Qualcomm did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MTNewswires.
