Gary, The package is complex but not very dilutive. You can read about it in Free Edgar 10K filing. The whole contract is in it. Stuek got a bonus and some warrants based on his IBM options for this year. If he can get the SSAX to 50 he gets a $5 million bonus. I believe he has about 300,000 shs now. Karl
