Grand jury proceedings are supposed to be secret.
Yes they should be, which is why it's unusual for the judge to order Miss Colorado to turn over records of said "secret proceedings" to the defense.

The only reason why he would is because Miss Colorado failed to follow proper procedure.

Of course, you knew that, didn't you? You're not st00pid. You just act that way, because "smart people don't like Trump."
