TEL AVIV, Israel, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- New Dimension Software (Nasdaq: DDDDF) today announced that the Oracle Cooperative Applications Initiative (SM) (CAI) approved New Dimension Software's CONTROL-M Option for integration with Oracle Applications. This integration is the culmination of efforts made by New Dimension Software and Oracle experts to prepare the much- needed interface in response to customer demand.
The integration process is part of New Dimension Software's membership in the Cooperative Applications Initiative (CAI). CONTROL-M Option for Oracle Applications allows New Dimension Software's CONTROL-M enterprise production control and scheduling software to support the Oracle Applications, a suite of products that includes Oracle Manufacturing(R), Oracle Financials(R) and Oracle Human Resources Management System, among others. The development of the interface was prompted by high demand from New Dimension Software customers. It performs as an integrated part of Oracle Applications and adheres to all technical standards.
Due to this integration between New Dimension Software's CONTROL-M and Enterprise Output Management(TM) solutions, the interface also manages output of Oracle Applications. This results in providing customers with better scheduling and output management capabilities overall. In addition, customers can now manage other applications with the same tool used to control the production flow for Oracle Applications.
