Autoline After Hours

TOPIC:

When the automobile first came out there was no blueprint for what should provide power to the wheels. There was even a time in the early 1900's when electric vehicles where the most popular choice.

However, not all people wanted to give up their horse-drawn carriages and would criticize those that already had.

But can any of the lessons learned from 100+ years ago be applied to what's happening in the auto industry today?

Matt Anderson, Curator of Transportation, Henry Ford Museum

Steve Purdy, Author, Mascots in Motion
