EDLF,

As far as the buyback goes, you have been kicking that dead horse for a long time now. Give Joe some credit. He has been at the helm long enough to know what he is doing. Did you ever stop to think he may have a number of good reasons why he does not want the stock price under a dollar. It's easy for us armchair CEO's to second guess him, but keep in mind we are not privy to everything that goes on in his office. IMO Joe would never pay 100% cash for an acquisition. By using stock it helps prevent him from buying a pig in a poke. When he finishes his negotiations with our two sellers up north he may be able to ease off on the buyback as the buyers will then return. Did you ever stop to think that our northern friends probably know without reading it on SI when good news is coming out?? IMO you are absolutely correct about the seller continuing to sell even if the price would plunge. That would cause panic among most of the stock holders which in turn would bring an enormous amount of additional shares to market forcing Joe to spend a lot more money than he had planned. It is much more difficult to do M&A's with 50 cent stock than a $2.00 stock. Ernie, this is all moot anyway. Joe has made his decision and I would bet he will stick with it.

Best Regards
