Dear Tupac

Let me see if I understand this deal...

1. The buyout with covn is out.

2. Cameron with a threat of litigation demands payment from the money the company got in Dec.

3. The company settles the suit by offering Cameron 1.3mm in cash and 160k shares of stock(to cover 2.95mm owed).

4. The 1.3mm comes from a line of credit from Rubin and Cameron.

5. What's up?

PS There is a 5% limit(stock in the company) on the conversion.
