I thought you had this figured out by now. TDS sufferers have their life revolving around Trump - personification of evil. Opposing this "evil" gives them the sense of moral superiority and meaning

Then, they seek news pf any setback, any bad news for Trump. It bathes their brains in dopamine, as a reaffirmation of their self-worth and repudiation of evil.

This is largely transferred to Putin Derangement Syndrome. Because the TDS sufferers still live under retarded narrative that Putin "attacked our democracy" and gave presidency to Trump, who is Putin's agent.

And of course you don't want "to stop the slaughter." Only way to do it is to accept Putin's terms - a success for Putin. That would be the opposite of a Dopamine hit.

Pursuing this war, which will inevitably come with some setbacks for "Putin" (retards think Russia=Putin). So, they much prefer the Dopamine hits from Russia's setbacks vs. "stopping the slaughter"

The price of these Dopamine hits has been lives of 1.5 million Ukrainian men. And the same people don't mind loss of another 500,000 for make it even 2 million, just to give Putin more setbacks along the way, getting more Dopamine hits along the way.

To PDS sufferers, these lives are completely worthless. They don't want to hear about them, they don't want to find truth about the lives lost. It is all about deriving pleasure from potential Putin's misfortune. At any cost. At cost of slaughter of Ukrainian men
