I guess I missed this news .. What follows under is Ms. Wood's weekly summary..

Shares of Butterfly Network Inc traded up ~19% on Wednesday after the company announced a five-year licensing agreement with Midjourney related to Butterfly’s semiconductor-based ultrasound-on-chip technology.2 Midjourney will pay $15 million upfront, $10 million per year in license fees, up to $9 million in milestones, revenue-sharing on Midjourney products that use Butterfly’s chips, and additional payments for any chip purchases. The deal highlights Butterfly’s shift toward commercializing its semiconductor chip technology in addition to its ultrasound devices. Butterfly Networks is a medical imaging company focused on commercializing portable, low-cost point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS) systems.

P.S. This is odd.. I don't see this news any where.. Not even on BFLY website...
